Transfer
In addition to AnalySys, Inc.'s analytical
results, which are provided in a concise, easy to
read format which can be easily incorporated into
project reports, data can also be obtained
electronically.
ASI utilizes a state-of-the-art information
management system for sample tracking, scheduling
and reporting. These systems use both commercially
available and customized software. The systems are
designed to assure confidentiality of the client
and his data while allowing us rapid access to
sample status.
ASI can provide all data and QA/QC
electronically. This format is compatible with
multiple database and spreadsheet applications. ASI
exports data in a tab delimited text format that
communicates and uploads into most applications
that utilize either Microsoft or Mac operating
systems.
 Search
Database
From here you can specify a search of the
database. The results of the search will be
returned as a "hit list". From the hit list you can
either view or download your data. You download
your data by choosing the "DOWNLOAD SEARCH RESULTS"
button at the bottom of the results page. A dialog
box will come up and ask you what you want to name
the file and where you want to put it. Give the new
document a name followed by ".txt" or ".xls" or
".wks" and save it to a folder on your computer.
You should then be able to open the file in any
popular spread sheet program.
