AnalySys, Inc.

Is an Austin, Texas based, employee owned commercial laboratory. Definitions

The pricing for each sample matrix is based on the following descriptions:

Water: Single phase aqueous sample with no visible organic layer containing less than 500 mg/L organic carbon and less than 500 mg/L suspended solids.

Soil: Homogeneous mixture containing less than 1% extractable petroleum hydrocarbons.

Waste: Any environmental sample that is either a solid or a liquid , consisting of a single phase that does not meet the requirements for either water or soil. Multiphase organic samples may require analysis by phase.

Other: Air samples or other undefined matrices that do not classify as water, soil or waste.

Discounts

AnalySys, Inc.'s fee schedule reflects pricing based on small sample lots and projects. We prefer to provide project specific quotes to our clients, as discounts are available for larger analytical programs.

All quoted prices include the cost of pre-assembled, project specific sampling kits consisting of:

  • Ice chest,
  • Sample labels,
  • Sample containers,
  • Handling Instructions,
  • Chain-of-Custody Forms,
  • Chain-of-Custody Seals, and
  • Pre-addressed return shipping labels

Turnaround Times

Typical turnaround times for most environmental analytical procedures are 2 to 4 weeks. Turnaround times may vary from 1 day (For rush gasoline/BTEX samples), Å 5 days for TCLP analysis, and up to four weeks for Gas Chromatograph/Mass Spectrometer (GC/MS) analyses. Turnaround times are measured from the time the samples are logged in by AnalySys, Inc. personnel. Rush samples and very large or complex projects may require advance notice and may vary from normal turnaround times.

Reporting

AnalySys, Inc.'s results are provided in a complete, concise, easy to read format which can be easily incorporated into project reports. Additional QA/QC detail, including CLP level reporting, can be supplied at an additional charge.
